Quick & Easy Ramen Salad

One of my favorite quick little salads to make is Ramen Salad. Mona introduced me to this recipe. I love things like this and the veggie soup we make because you can keep them in the fridge and have your lunches prepared all week! This salad is super inexpensive and super delicious!

Ramen Salad:

1 16oz. pkg. cabbage
4-6 green onions sliced thin
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles crushed
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. toasted almonds (toast in 4 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. butter for extra deliciousness)
toss all ingredients together
Dressing:
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
both pkgs. of seasoning from Ramen noodles (we prefer Oriental flavored)
toss in with salad
Bon Appetit!
